Tsumugi has a lot of secret and one of them happens when she's alone in the music room. One day, she decided to hide a video camera somewhere that is not easy for others to see and she hid herself when she heard someone coming. Mio came in and she thought there was no club practice and she did the same thing Tsumugi does when she's alone.
Meanwhile, Tsumugi hit her head and she came out of hiding. Mio cried and asked her not to tell anyone. Tsumugi promised to keep it a secret if Mio agrees to do what she requests.
