Patchouli and Koakuma went to a spring to take a bath. Koakuma offered to help her wash her hair and Patchouli allowed her to. Koakuma couldn't restrain herself so she did more than just that. Afterwards, Patchouli got angry and said,
"As the punishment...From now on, you will tend to me during bath in the Mansion as well"
Koakuma smiled and said,
"...Yes. With pleasure!"
