I'm guessing that this is the yuri chapter of the manga Shoujo no Kisetsu.
Emi fell in love with Ryouko but for Ryouko, it was nothing more than a fling. She Always to go to her apartment but one day, Ryouko refused. She said,
"Nope, I've got a friend coming over"
When she asked her who it was, Ryouko said it was none of her business. She decided to come by anyway and a guy answered the door. After they talked, Ryouko chose the guy and Emi was heart broken.
The story is sad at first because Emi was really in love with her but Ryouko left her for a guy. But at the end of the story, Emi was able to fall in love again, with another girl of course.
