Shizuru and Natsuki are on the bed and made a promise to the continue where they left off as soon as Natsuki graduates and becomes an Otome. Several years later, Natsuki is now a Headmistress of Garderobe and she met Shizuru again.
They shared the same bed again that night and Natsuki was nervous. She was disappointed when Shizuru said, "Goodnight" since she was expecting she'll remember their promise. Days have past, Shizuru hasn't made a move on her yet. On Shizuru's last night before she transferred to her own room, Natsuri asked her,
"Shizuru...did you forget the promise we made at that time?....You remember?"
Shizuru then answered,
"Of course"
I love it.. They are so sweet. In the end, Natsuki offered Shizuru to share her bedroom with her and they will also be working together since Shizuru is the Headmistress Assistant.
