Shizuru asked Natsuki to come to her entrance ceremony but Natsuki wasn't feeling well. When she woke up, she saw Shizuru sitting next to her. Shizuru said, she knew something has gone wrong since she didn't see her at the ceremony. They talked and Natsuki asked her what it was that she need to resolve before she graduates. She then said,
"Ah..It's a confession I have to make"
Shizuru told her about her feelings and Natsuki yelled,
"Enough"
She embraced her and said,
"Don't talk as though we'll never meet again...I've never, ever minded what you did! Because..because..I love you too!"
I love it. It' funny how it ended. Shizuru said she couldn't restrain herself anymore and I'm not sure what she was trying to do with the negi. Natsuki was yelling,
"Put down that negi..Shizuru, don't come any closer..."
