Souka has an illness called "I-type Vibeil Outbreak" where the antibodies in her body multiplies infinitely and once the numbers reach a certain point, it becomes poisonous and she would die.
Cildy, on the other hand, has "Louge Golge Syndrome", which is opposite to what Souka has. Instead of producing poison, Cildy has no antibodies.
They both need each other to survive. The ending is sad though since Cildy's condition worsened and she killed herself.
