Celes and Integra decided to do it and they were both nervous. Celes is taking the lead but she doesn't really know what to do and doesn't go further without asking Integra if it was okay. Celes thought,
"What to do... what to do.. I wonder if I could....?"
Integra on the other hand wanted her to go even further and thought,
What should I do?...I guess I'll have to speak it out myself"
The title really matches the story. They are indeed innocent when it comes to things like that.
