Group Scanlating: Timesink Scanlations
Natsu and Ku's friends were arguing whether their characters in the game were also their alter ego, their other self or simply just a character and nothing more. Then one of her friends said,
"Even Mitsuogi-chan (Natsu) is emotionally involved. She gave Matsubara-chan (Ku) a ring and said they were lovers."
Both Natsu and Ku were speechless while they argue and suddenly, they asked Ku of her opinion. Ku said a character is just a character and it's just a game. Natsu also gave her opinion and she didn't really care either way.
At lunch, they all played the game and Natsu was in trouble with the monster. Ku rushed in to save her and she died protecting Natsu. On their way home, Natsu said when she saw what happened to Ku in the game, she felt her chest tightened and then she said,
"Making me think the next time we play, I'd better be strong enough to protect my wife"
I love it. They obviously want their relationship in the game to be real but they just couldn't admit it...yet.
