Now that I finally have the english version, I can finally give an accurate description of the story.
Natsuki was Shizuru's new room attendant so she came to her room to introduce herself. Shizuru stood up and held Natsuki's face and told her they will start her first duty as her room attendant. Natsuki wanted to know what her duty was so Shizuru kissed her, took her to bed and said:
"This is the duty you will be performing soon".
I guess, you now have a clear idea of what happened next.
