Group Scanlating: Dynasty Scans
The characters of "Yuru-Yuri" are *so* excited that even the voice balloons are in color! But mostly they sit around and talk in a classroom, so it's kind of a waste. lol Luckily, Ichinjinsha has lot of exciting things to sell tell you about, so all that color isn't entirely blown on abstract backgrounds. There seems to be some Yuri of some kind in the story, too. Mostly in the form of fantasy and wishful thinking. Okazu
It was also recently announced that Yuru Yuri will be animated. My friend Ghost In The Shell also made an post on his blog about this news.
According to Anime News Network's report dated January 18, 2010,
...The wraparound cover band on the second volume of Namori's Yuruyuri yuri manga has reportedly announced this month that a television anime adaptation of the manga has been green-lit. In this manga which runs in Ichijinsha's Comic Yuri Hime S magazine, four fun-loving schoolgirls take over the former room of a tea ceremony club for their own "Gorakubu" (amusement club).
I'm thrilled to hear that another yuri anime is coming out this year. Although, there is no scheduled date yet on when this anime will start its premier, but it's definitely something to look forward too.
