Tachibana is the president of the student council and she's quite popular in school. Hashimoto, a member of the student council always had to reminds her of her duties and they always have an argument. One day, Tachibana decided to take a nap at the library and she heard Hashimito talking to girl in private. She later found out that the girl, Aya, is her childhood friend and she secretly likes Hashimito.
She asked her about her friend but Hashimoto told her not to get close to Aya and she didn't give her a reason why. Tachibana became curious so she decided to join them when they met to watch a movie. Hashimoto became irritated that Tachibana was close to Aya and when they were dining in, Tachibana told Aya to wear contact lenses so she'll look even cuter. Hashimito suddenly stood up and said,
"Ayako is plenty cute the way she is!!"
She was embarrassed for her sudden outburst and she left. Next day, she apologized to Tachibana for yelling at her and Tachibana asked her if she liked Aya. She then told her to give it a try to confess to Aya and said
"You'll be pleasantly surprised, I promise"
Hashimito blushed and said she didn't know what she was talking about.
When Tachibana came home, she sat next to her older sister and the said,
"I..got my heart broken"
This is a sad chapter. Tachibana was in love with Hashimito which was why she ran for president so she can always be with her. I wonder what will happened in chapter 4?
