Konako was set to have an Omiai and she asked Setsuna what she wished for her to do. Setsuna said as long as her Ojou-sama obtain happiness, she will be contented as well and will continue to protect her.
Setsuna gave her hand to help Konako stand up and go to the Omiai. Konaka kissed her which startled Setsuna and they both fell. Setsuna's wings came out and she carried Konako to safety. Konako then said to her,
"If I am not by Secchan side, then there is no reason for me to continue living anywhere anymore."
Setsuna cried and said,
"I'm sorry. Me..Me too.. If I am not by Kono-chan's side, I won't be able to continue living..."
Konako leaned closer to her and said she shouldn't apologize for saying that. Setsuna grabbed her arm and kissed her. Konako smiled and said,
"More..."
"Eh?" Setsuna asked..
"Let's do more shall we?"
After that, Konoka said they'd go together to apologize to her Oji-chan (grandfather) that she won't be attending the Omiai but they never did. Instead, they ran away together.
I love this. The story was so sweet and romantic. This is definitely one of my favorites.
