No, It did not have a happy ending. She was scared to lose her job if she messed up again so she told her bunny leader to train her forever, even if she hated her so called "Training".
I am a huge Morinaga fan but this story was a bit of a disappointment for me (same with Million Kisses). I wish a love could have developed between Kurahashi and the bunny leader but sadly, it didn't.
