It's Shizuru's birthday (I think it's her birthday)and Natsuki has a present for her. After she gave her gift, Shizuru handed her a small note for them to meet in private. When they met, Shizuru gave her a small box (I'm not really sure why but then again, she always gives her presents) and when Natsuki opened it, it was a fancy looking hair clip (the one she was wearing in Mai Otome when she became the headmaster).
Natsuki let her to put the clip on her hair and she held her hands to thank her for the it. Their face started to get really close and just when their lips was about to meet, Ms. Maria suddenly showed up and yelled at them.
I love this. Shizuru and Natsuki had some really Kawaii moments on this doujinshi. Although, I wished Ms. Maria should up after they kissed but then her role added more humor to the story.
Just a reminder again, I can't read Japanese. This is what I thought happened after I looked at the images but I think my interpretation should not be far from the actual story.
