Mitsuko finds herself attacked by Big Spider, a gang of SkillOuts who use high pitched noise to cancel esper abilities. Mitsuko is saved by a man with a spider tattoo, who Konori seems to be familiar with. The leader of Big Spider, Wataru Kurozuma, becomes unnerved when he gets word of who beat the group. Whilst investigating the slums, Mikoto and Kuroko encounter a red haired guy who beats up some thugs.
As more espers are attacked by Big Spider, Mikoto and Kuroko beat some of them, locating their hideout. They activate their Capacity Down device, nullifying Mikoto and Kuroko's abilities, but it is disabled by the red haired guy. After beating the thugs and scaring them off, the red haired guy is approached by Konori, who seems to be an old acquaintance of his. Wikipedia
I like this episode. I got to watch another Mikoto-Kuroko moments and I loved the part when they were at the cafe and Kuroko hugged Mikoto saying,
"If you want someone to come at you, I'm always available"
It was also funny when Mikoto said she was interested in Kurozuma and Kuroko misunderstood her and got all worried and said,
"To think Onee-sama has developed admiration for a man"
And Mikoto smacked her in the head. Poor Kuroko! She's really in love with her Onee-sama.
The best part for me was when Mikoto unleashed her powers when the new Kurozama guy kicked Kuroko in the stomach. She was so cool. She aim was off, though since Kurozama had that frequency machine which disrupted her concentration and powers.
The ending was also funny when their senpai Koroni came and she seemed to be acquainted with the real Kurozama, Mikoto and Kuroko were like,
"Huh?....Huh?... Huh?... Ehhhh????"
That's it for episode 15. The story was not as hilarious as before but hey, I'm not complaining..
