I have been waiting for this and Thanks to Wings of Yuri, they just released Chapter 20.
Komari was still worried that the dorm will be demolished because of:
1. Poor Academic Performance
2. Public Indecency.
She already passed the test so #1 was no longer a problem. As for #2, she and Yukio already stopped showing their love in public so her problem now was Asako. She asked Asako to stop touching other girls and Asako said she will only stop if Komari agrees to go out with her. Geez, for a second there, Komari was thinking it might not be a bad idea as long as she won't be separated from Yukio. Good thing they were interrupted. Phew!
I love Komari and Yukio. They were already acting like a real couple (they no longer have a master-servant relationship). Komari slept with her hair still wet so Yukio woke her up and blow dried her hair for her. Of course, they also had sweet intimate moments together and Komari was still a little embarrassed (They've done it a lot of times already, why was she still embarrassed?.)
Anyway, she later found out that the dorm was owned by Sai's family and it was given to her. So all her worries and efforts to save the dorm were pointless. Poor Komari. She was the only one who didn't know that Sai owned the dorm. Even Yukio knows about but she didn't tell Komari. (I wonder why?)
