Miharu and Sayaka exchanged neckties before and made a promised that they'll always be bound together. One day, Miharu saw a girl tried to fix Sayaka's necktie for her so she grabbed Sayaka and told the girl
"Don't touch my necktie".
Miharu got angry with Sayaka for letting a stranger touch her and she cried saying she doesn't care anymore about the promise they made. Sayaka hugged Miharu from and apologized to her. Miharu told her she doesn't want anyone else touching her necktie except for Sayaka. Sayaka made a pinky swear to Miharu and said
"Sayaka belongs to Miharu Only".
A very cute and funny love story. I'm sure what Miharu meant was, she didn't want anyone else to touch Sayaka but her.
