Suzune and Kaya both go to a Catholic School. The nuns found out about their relationship but Suzune did not confirm or deny the issue. Kaya didn't want to continue their relationship anymore because it will cause problems for Suzune's dream of becoming a nun. Suzune kissed her and next day, she left their school and went to church for her training.
I like this story. Suzune couldn't finish her sentence in telling her "I love you". Kaya may seem cruel breaking up with her like that but her dream was to be with her forever and that's the only reason why she also wanted to become a nun. The story seems sad but it's not. It actually has a happy ending. Towards the end, Kaya was standing and when she turned, she saw Suzune. She came back for Kaya and she already dressed as a nun.
