Two girls went to what seemed to be an secret underground location. The girl was brought by her friend who I think was a regular to that secret place. They met a woman who she was running the place and probably told the new girl she will teach her something. The girl changed her clothes and came out in a bondage-like costume (her friend in a maid costume)and the woman attached a chain in her neck. She was pushed down to a round-shaped bed and the woman started her "lesson".
This won't be considered a bondage scenario because the girl was willing to do it. They were just in a cosplay, I guess. Even so, the scenes are still a little too extreme.
