Mako fell asleep while waiting for Hisa. When Hisa came, she tried to wake her up but she wouldn't so she kissed her. Mako suddenly woke up and was shocked at what Hisa did. Mako got up and said she'll fix her some tea but Hisa had something else in mind.
Okay, that's the only description I could come up with since the scenes after Mako woke up was just too explicit to be mentioned. At the end, they both confessed their love to each other.
I didn't like this doujinshi very much. The way the yuri scenes were made was just too much and it kind of turned me off.
