I like this story. I can't read Japanese but just looking at the images is enough.
Natsuki was getting all stressed out with her work so Shizuru poured her some tea to relax. Shizuru touched Natsuki's skin and they both started kissing.
After they shared a hot moment together, an old lady suddenly knocked on the door so they hurriedly put their clothes back on. When the old lady came in, she found them sitting in the sofa acting like nothing happened.
Well that's what I thought happened anyway. I think the old lady also said something to them at the end but of course, I couldn't understand what it was. I don't even know who the old lady was but it seemed like she had authority over them.
