Harumi was just elected as the new president of the student council and Mio, former president, invited her to the student council room for her welcoming party. Mio did not arrange a regular party for her but to perform a tradition that was done by the president before her. When Mio was president, Kaori, the president before her, did a bondage-domination act to her (and way too extreme at that). Now that a new president was elected, it is now Mio's time to introduce such tradition to her.
When Harumi came in, she didn't waste any time with her. However, compared to what Kaori did to her before, she was gentle too Harumi. After she was done, she was surprised when Harumi was disappointed with what she did and said she'll show Mio how it's done.
The scenes in this one shot were just too extreme for me and I am not really into bondage-domination. After Harumi was done with Mio, Kaori also joined in and both of them did it to Mio again.
