Nanoha is having a bad day and she is not in her usual self. She has a lot on her mind lately but when Fate arrived, she hugged her and she thought,
"Aah, I see..This whole time, it's you name that I've been wanting to call out."
She then told Fate,
"Welcome home."
So sweet. I think Nanoha misses Fate she's she's been away for awhile. That's why she's been acting strange and troubled. When Fate came back, she is finally at peace and rested on Fate's lap.
