Marisa is paying a visit to Reimu and discovered that Reimu has fainted. Reimu got sick and Marisa tried almost everything in order to heal her, but nothing was effective. She visited Eirin in order to get some useful medicine, and when she got back to Reimu, she told her she was about to die. Marisa screamed:
"Then what's the point of all the things I've done so far!! Where they all meaningless ?"
"I'm sorry." Reimu answered.
Marisa started crying, and Reimu said:
"Hey, Weren't you going to force me to take this?"
And the kissed.
