The Red Love Letter tells the story of a woman's affair with her sister-in-law. Yuuka fell in love with Kaoru, her husband's sister, from the moment she saw her. They've became close and eventually fell in love with each other. One day, Yuuka found out she's pregnant and told her husband she'll raise their baby on her own. Kaoru went back to America and Yuuka planned to leave her husband and come after her.
