Ishikawa is in love with their school physician named Ryouko. She said,
"Don't worry Ryuoko-sensei, I'll marry you.."
However, Ryouko never took her seriously. Next day, she came to the infirmary to visit her and she overheard,
"So, when will you too make it official?"
Ryouko answered,
"we're planning to do it before the baby is born..."
This story is sad. Ishikawa was surely heartbroken when she heard Ryouko is not only getting married, she was also having a baby.
