Sora battled with Sumita but he intentionally avoided hitting her with his weapon every time he attacks. Sora thought that maybe he was an ally when she protected the girl but it was all an act. Sumita was in league with Ikusu who was planning to run her down.
Date slapped Sora and demanded to be released so she can be Sumita's possession again. Sora agreed to release her and said to protect her if she needed help.
