Shimako invited Noriko to the bath since Noriko said she wanted to talk to her. Noriko was a little jealous about her relationship with Sei so she asked her if Shimako still loves her. Shimako told her how important Sei is to her but she also said that the most precious person to her now is Noriko. Shimako moved closer to her and she gave her a kiss.
I think the next scene is already pretty obvious. I like this doujinshi. It's labeled as mature but yuri scenes were gentle and sweet.
