Shizuru and Natsuki had a fight and Natsuki said,
"I hate you"
Shizuru slapped her and Natsuki cried. Natsuki said,
"I have had enough" and she left.
Shizuru cried and said,
"I'm so sorry....I...didn't mean....I'm sorry...Please don't go..."
Three days later, Natsuki didn't receive a call from Shizuru and she thought maybe Shizuru was still angry at her or Shizuru is still thinking the same with her. She then met an old friend, Ken, who she used to like and she thought,
"He makes my heart race a little but..."
Ken then asked her,
"Do you wanna be my girlfriend?"
Natsuki thought,
"Ken-kun is nice, besides, he's a guy. If I go out with him, this may solve so much problems. But...Every time someone says they like me, I think of her..."
She kept thinking what it would be like if she was with Ken instead of Shizuru and later realized how much she loves her.
Natsuki replied,
"I like you a lot Ken-kun but I know this "like" of me to you is different than yours...Because you know what? Whatever happened, I only have one person in mind.."
She came home to Shizuru and they both made up. She thought,
"If enduring pain, braving shame, despising one's self for the sake of affection and accepting misery without question is the definition of love...then...I LOVE YOU."
