This one shot is hilarious. The scenes are explicit but the comedy is what really made me like this.
Choco was in love with Makishima and she wrote a letter for him. Her friend Megu was helping her find her courage to give the letter to him. Choco wasn't ready but Makishima was about to go home so Megu pushed her. She was so nervous, she gave the letter and said "Please go steady with me". She didn't know that Makishima stopped to fix his shoelaces and the girl behind him, Kuroyanagi, the school student body president, was the one she gave her letter to. Kuroyanagi rejected her at first but on a sudden twist of fate, she was in love with Choco for a long time and only had to pretend to be uninterested because of her status at school.
