This doujin has two stories. First is about Haruka dealing with Michiru's issues about wanting to be the messiah. Second, Haruka was not feeling well and Michiru can't come over to her place. Michiru sent Usako instead to take care of her.
Haruka is such a player. She's two timing Michiru with Usako.
