Group Scanlating: Lililicious
Nishio and Touko were friends when they were in high school. Nishio is a runner and Touko was a high jumper. But when Touko was badly injured and can no longer jump, Nishio blamed herself for the accident and quit being a runner. She distanced herself to Touko and went to a different school. One day, Touko came to see her to say goodbye since she was leaving to go abroad. Nishio brushed her off and told Touko to leave. On the day of Touko's departure, Nishio ran to see Touko and caught up with her just as she was leaving the house. She apologized to Touko about the accident and Touko said she will come back after her surgery abroad and she will jump again for her. When Touko left, Nishio decided to quit being their team's manager and wanted run again for Touko.
This is a shoujo ai one shot and the story both good and sad.
