I just watched this anime today and I loved it. The story focuses on Kuroi Mato and Takanashi Yomi living between two parallel universes.
Yomi and Mato were really close to each other but everything changed when they were assigned to different classes on their second year. Mato got close to the Basketball Club Manager named Yuu and Yomi felt out of place, maybe even jealous. One day, Yomi disappeared and Mato got really depressed. She wanted nothing more than to see and be with her again.
This is not really a yuri OVA but the strong bond between Yomi and Mato makes it so. You don't need to use your yuri goggles to see it.
