Aoi works under Yoshino and Aoi was not performing well at her job. Yoshino’s boss said she will transfer Aoi if she does not improve. Yoshino did not tell Aoi about it and in order for her to make sure that Aoi will not be transferred; she pushed Aoi to do more work. After that, she noticed Aoi started to hang out more with her officemates than with her. Yoshino then realized she has been holding Aoi back and that needs to have a normal relationship and have normal friends. Yoshino decided to break up with Aoi and she got a response she did not expect.
