Boku no Futatsu no Tsubasa is the story of the self-discovery of a teenager named Makoto who, as a hermaphrodite, has more things to discover than most teens. The focus is on Makoto's exploration of her sexuality, but the manga also shows the development of the main characters' emotional bonding and developing relationships.

Main Characters

Makoto Kashiwagi
Makoto was raised by her grandfather as a boy because she possessed male genitalia. However, with the onset of puberty, Makoto also started to develop breasts and so learned that she is a fertile and fully functional hermaphrodite. She initiates romantic/sexual relationships with four individuals over the course of the story, but in the end seems to realise that her true attraction is to Hiromi. At the very end of the story, it is implied that the two will be in a relationship with each other.
Near the end of the manga, Makoto learns that she is half-alien. When an alien research spacecraft visited Earth, her mother had a relationship with one of the researchers—a member of a humanoid race which is naturally hermaphroditic. All Makoto's unusual characteristics can apparently be traced back to her "sire".

Hiromi Ishimaru
After Makoto reveals her secret, Hiromi becomes Makoto's protector and tutor. At the very end of the story, it seems that Hiromi has developed and realised romantic feelings for Makoto, the implication being that they will be in a relationship from there on in. Wikipedia

I am not a fan of futanari and this is the first futanari/yuri manga I read and it's really not that bad. I did find it weird since she's half male but I'm also thankful that this manga didn't show her "part". The worst for me was the HET scene at the later chapters. She's exploring her sexually so she does it with anyone. On the last chapter, Hiromi was abducted so she rescued her. Makoto's dad came with spaceship and she was taken to their planet. She came back for Hiromi in the end so it's a happy ending, I guess.


Even if I enjoyed reading this manga, I'm still have no interest in reading other futanari stories after this. I'm still into 100% yuri stories so this is the first and last futanari I'll ever read and post.

The story is about Fujiwara Sunao, a high school student often mistaken as a boy because of her dressing up like a boy. Sunao also has the ability to control and manipulate water at will. She appears to be the uncaring type of heroine but quickly befriends the crossdressing school nurse Mr. Shizuki and the perverted Kureha among many others. Sunao is a heroine that acts as a counselor to help people that have problems and saves them from themselves and their painful pasts.

Characters:

* Fujiwara Sunao: a High School freshman with the power to manipulate water. Her carefree, independent attitude and insistence on dressing like a boy make her a difficult student, yet she has a soft spot for those in need. She has a hidden, tragic past, and is secretly the daughter of Izumi, the previous head of the Takatou family.

* Ikushima Kureha: Sunao's classmate and a model student, Kureha harbors a wild streak and once attempted to set the school on fire. After being saved by Sunao, Kureha chose to vent her feelings in a more affectionate, if somewhat perverted, manner. She tends to hit on other girls (and a few boys here and there) with the same enthusiasm.

* Shizuki Kaguya: The infamous and eccentric nurse at Sunao's school. He knows of Sunao's powers and also used to be a member of the Takatou family, but left for unknown reasons. He acts flamboyant but loudly proclaims himself as 'normal' regardless.

* Hokage Minai: A quiet man who lives with Sunao and acts as her parental guardian, apparently because of his love for Sunao's mother, Izumi. Like Shizuki Kaguya, he was part of the Takatou family, but has cut ties with them. Wikipedia

I have nothing against gender bender genre but since there is yuri in this anime, I had to watch it. Well, the yuri is pretty much girls falling for the protagonist, who happened to by a cross dressing guy.

The 3 rating is extremely generous on my end but it doesn't mean I liked it.

At the start of Kashimashi, a young high school boy named Hazumu Osaragi declares his love to classmate and close friend Yasuna Kamiizumi, but she quickly rejects him. Dejected, Hazumu climbs Mt. Kashima and is killed when an alien spacecraft accidentally crash lands on him. To rectify this, the alien in the ship named Hitoshi Sora brings Hazumu back to life, but inadvertently regenerates him as a female right down to the DNA level. This change in Hazumu serves as the catalyst for the development of character interactions for the remainder of the series. Wikipedia

I'm still not convinced that this should be a yuri. Yes, she was completely transformed to a girl but that doesn't change the fact that she used to be a guy. Set that issue aside, this is a good anime.
