This entire chapter is just about Yukino and Setsuko having, what seem to be, a serious talk. I think Yukino said something stupid or something bad then cries as she apologizes like her tears will help her get away with it.
I heard Octave is ending too and some say the ending is not all that happy. Are the rumors true?
