Arisa and Nanoha have been exchanging letters in class and Arisa convinced Fate to do the same. Next day, Fate brought her letter tightly sealed in a paper sized envelop. Arisa offered to teach her how to write a letter and told Fate to be concise with what she wants to say.
That evening, Nanoha got a letter from Fate and it says,
"Look up"
When she did, she saw glowing stars made of paper. Nanoha said,
"Right now, I'm really happy...There are so many of Fate-chan's stars.."
At the end of the story, it showed what message Fate wrote on one of her stars and it said,
"I love you, Nanoha."
